Ladies Senior League Team and Local Business Help Charity

The ladies senior league team are not just successful on the course, off-course they are raising money for charity throughout the year. With the help and generosity of local business business Hainzl Partner Versicherungen, an insurance agent with a center in Marbella as well as various sites throughout Spain, they have been receiving donations due to their good play.

Margot Jann, captain of the Ladies senior league team explained, “we try to collect a few Euros each time we play, whether at home or away throughout the year. However during the 2016 season our kind sponsor said they would donate 100€ per match – but only if we won which gave us an added incentive to every match.”

During the Christmas season on December 13th they purchased a selection of basic necessities to the value of 1.663€ using the money raised during the year and delivered them to Caritas in Elviria where they were distributed to families in need.

“We owe a huge thank you to Hainzl & Partner for their support. They are always very generous with us supporting many of the events at the club such as the September Cancer day and already confirmed again for the Captain’s Charity day in June.”
