Once more we will host at Santa Maria Golf Club the Tournament of Chefs and Sommeliers that is being held during Marbella All Stars 2018. The Tournament will take place on May 14th and as a novelty, this year the best Chefs of Malaga will participate in couples, accompanied by the best sommeliers in the province. It will be the second edition of this competition that will allow us to get together the world of golf with the world of the haute cuisine. The first edition was a success.

All the participants will put their skills to the test by playing golf, then they will enjoy a buggy ride through the length of the course and to finish the day they will enjoy a delicious dinner at our Hoyo 19 restaurant. Javier Hernández from the Candado Golf restaurant was the winner of our first edition. You can see the photos of this unforgettable day in this link.

Our golf course has 18 holes and is located in an incomparable environment next to a beautiful pine and oak forest. During the signing of the agreement with Marbella All Stars 2018, Ali Saudi, CEO of Santa María Golf, and Chef Diego del Río, President of Marbella All Stars have shown their great satisfaction for having the possibility to celebrate a new edition of this event.

They have highlighted the success achieved last year and its innovative nature. This year the dynamics of the tournament will be very interactive and will be based on “the ball on the boat” that aims to introduce the ball on a boat located in the center of the lake. The chefs will be accompanied by their sommeliers and the winning couple will receive a prize.
